We offer shipping across India as well as worldwide to international customers.
Domestic shipping within India is free on all orders. For international customers, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and package dimensions.
VAT, import duties, and local taxes for international shipments are borne directly by the customer, payable at the time of delivery. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product, volume after packing, and the destination of delivery. The final charge is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Customs and import duty is levied by the government of the destination country. These charges vary from country to country and Yaalini has no control over them.
We use reputed domestic courier services for orders within India. For international shipments, we partner with DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery worldwide.
Yes. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes for Indian customers. For international customers, VAT, import duties, and local taxes are additional and payable at the time of delivery.
Domestic (India): 5–6 working days from dispatch.
International: 7–8 working days from dispatch.
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse, unless otherwise stated in the product details.
For international customers, VAT, import duties, and local taxes are borne directly by the customer, payable at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These are over and above the product price paid at checkout.
We accept credit and debit cards, net banking, and UPI transactions. All available payment options are displayed at checkout.

For domestic orders, the shipping address can be changed within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please email us at support@yaalini.in with the new address as soon as possible.
For international orders, we are unable to modify the shipping address once the order has been placed.
If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel individual items from a bulk order. Please email us at support@yaalini.in with your order number and the specific items you wish to cancel.
Once an order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days and should reflect in your account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Yes. The total order amount, inclusive of taxes, will be refunded. However, any transaction fees charged by your bank may be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Genuine quality defects — manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receiving the product, with supporting photographs and a full unboxing video.
Damaged or wrong item received — reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic and video evidence.
All returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
Colour variation — Slight differences due to screen calibration are not a valid reason for return or refund.
RTO (Return to Origin) — Failed delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
International orders — Returns not accepted where the customer declines to pay customs duties at delivery.
Items without proper folding, missing tags, signs of use, or damage not attributable to Yaalini will not be accepted.
Exchange is considered within 7 days of receiving the product for another product of similar or higher value. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact, and returned with the original invoice.
Store exchange is not applicable for orders shipped outside India.

Yaalini examines all returned products for reported defects based on the customer's email, photographs, and unboxing video. We also verify that the return was raised within the 7-day window from delivery. Once satisfied, the refund or exchange will be initiated.
Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds are processed within 2 business days and will reflect in your original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of initiation.
Return requests may be declined if the complaint is deemed false or baseless, if the product is not in its original condition, or if required documentation (photographs and unboxing video) was not provided.
If upon examination the returned product does not meet return eligibility criteria — missing tags, improper folding, signs of use, or damage not attributable to Yaalini — the return request will be declined and the product re-shipped to you.
For all returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. For international returns, applicable customs duties are also borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund.
