Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, we may accept the cancellation and process a refund within a reasonable period. Please note that any transaction fees charged by the bank will be deducted from the refund amount.

Orders that are already shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled. We recommend reaching out to our support team as early as possible if you wish to cancel.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances:

Genuine Quality Issues

If you receive a product with genuine quality problems, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographs or other verification to process your return. Once we receive and investigate the returned product, we will initiate the refund or exchange.

Damaged or Wrong / Missing Product

If your product arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item or are missing items from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either initiate a refund or dispatch the correct item at no additional shipping cost, based on your preference.

Important: A full unboxing / opening video of the parcel is mandatory for claiming a refund or exchange. The damage or issue must be clearly visible in the video. All returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following situations are not covered under our return or exchange policy:

  • RTO (Return to Origin):Please provide a complete shipping address with an active phone number. After failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Any re-shipping requests will require additional shipping charges at actuals.
  • Color Mismatch:We take great care in photographing our sarees to represent their true colour. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration and display settings. Colour variation alone will not be considered a valid reason for a return or refund.
  • Store Exchange:Store exchange is not applicable to orders shipped outside India.
  • International Orders:Customers may be required to bear additional charges such as return shipping costs and customs duties for international orders.

Refund / Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@yaalini.in within 7 days of receiving the product.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A full unboxing video showing the damage or defect

Our team will assess your case individually and guide you through the process. You will be responsible for arranging the return shipment to our address. Once the returned product passes our quality verification, your refund or exchange will be approved.

In the rare event that a returned product does not meet our quality check standards, it will be reshipped to you at no additional cost — without the option for a refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Here is what to expect:

  • Processing time:Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the product at our warehouse.
  • Credited in:7–10 business days to reflect in your bank account, credit card, or wallet from the date of initiation.
  • Deductions:Any additional charges applied on account of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the refund does not reflect within 15 days, you may raise a chargeback with your bank. However, we encourage you to contact us first — our team is always happy to assist with a quicker resolution.
